The basement of a primary dwelling was lowered to improve headspace in the basement, creating a bright, livable space. The family had preliminary plans in hand and brought KV Homes along to add an open kitchen/living room, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry. The new apartment was added to bring passive income for the homeowners.
