The basement of a primary dwelling was lowered to improve head-height, allowing for increased natural light, better livability, and valuable passive income for the homeowners. The homeowners had preliminary designs/plans in hand and brought KV Homes along to add an open kitchen/living room, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry.
