In under 800 square feet, KV Homes designed and built a custom craftsman cottage with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a kitchen filled with storage and ample countertop space, and a locking bike storage accessible from the outside. Overhangs, custom windows and millwork, and pitched rooflines give this home its charm and timeless appeal.
